I have a problem that I am posting in family and relationships and women's health?

Early this evening my BF came round for some sex before going to work on a night duty,

now normally he is sweet natured and a considerate lover only this evening he called round as horny as hell and gave me a fast and furious quickie.

He became a man possessed and he had me bent double and pined me down with his body and held my legs open with his arms , my BF is very well endowed and has a girth as thick as my wrist and he kept hammering away and repeatedly hitting my cervix thankfully he only lasted no more than ten minuets and was apologetic afterwards now I am now in so much pain from this I don't know what to do.

I have taken some paracetamol and am using a hot water bottle to ease the pain, does anyone have any other suggestions on more effective pain relief?
