Coconut Drink can remove toxin from your body?

I was told that coconut water/drink (water inside the cavity of coconut) could help to remove toxins from your body. Was told that if you are poisoned, a drink of coconut water will help to clear the poison. (of course it depends on the amount of poison too)

Coconuts will not neutralize rattlesnake venom.

Now, traveling back in time and using the coconut to bash the snake to death *before* you get bit... that *might* work.

What kind of poisons and toxins are you talking about? If you are talking about the ones from a bite of an animal or from ingesting something poisonous I don't have the slightest idea and would try something like a doctor.

But if you are talking about the toxins and poisons roaming around inside your body looking for a way out, it will take a lot more than just a coconut drink. And the only way it would be effective is if you are far enough along on a cleansing trip so that when you do ingest the coconut it is consumed totally like a piece of paper on a fire. This way there are no toxins produced from its combustion. This gives your body a chance to clean itself out. Takes lots of work. Things only astronauts or yogis would consider.

It is correct to some extent, as water intake help remove toxins from your body, but not poison.

if your poisoned, go to a doctor, they do things that are demonstrated to have an effect, rather than just things that they hear from their friends.

No it's not true, but it does give you the squits if you drink too much of it
