What's better SSD+ HDD vs HDD + SSD Cache?

Thinking of Value vs Performance (performance to value ratio 2:1), would it be wiser to get either:

120GB SSD + 1TB HDD (about $400)

vs

2TB HDD+ 60GB SDD Cache (about $300)

i would say HDD for the following reasons first HDD's are cheaper than SSD for example SSD for 1TB are almost $ 3,000 dont belive me go to this site http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Sub... its almost pointless if your trying to save money and also SDD wear out so you have to buy new ones once and a while.

and the only upside is speed and shock protection cause the cache performance and diskless hardware

and concerning the disk choice go with the 2TB and the 60GB way cheaper and plus more mem which is always good the more mem the more fun our just more space for programs although im doubting you will use 2TB very quickly
