I know some of the questions but I'm not sure about allowances and what not because I have two jobs.

I am Single, I am not claiming Head of Household. I am not claiming any dependents. No one is claiming me as a Dependent. My primary job I make around $11000-15000 and my secondary job I would estimate somewhere between $7000-9000.

I was pulled over at a Police Stop Check. I had my tags removed at the intersection, written a citation and have a court day.

I knew I was driving without both.

I purchased Auto Insurance the following day or the next day after that.

I have not gotten my actual tags back because I still need inspection. After Inspection going to buy a regular Vehicle Tag.

Plan on having Insurance and the truck tagged before court.

Can I go in and pay any fees to accept it? Is there anyway to take care of it out of the courtroom? I have very bad anxiety and am not good of rooms with crowded people. I will if I have to though.

I have been trying to find a job to help get me in a better financial situation. I have been working as a cook off and on for about 2 1/2 years. I am 25 a criminal misdemeanor marijuana possession charge on my record which was 6 years ago. I also have an Associates Degree in Business Administration.

I am getting so depressed not finding a job and I never get depressed. What job should I be looking for? I don't mind doing minor labor I just want to get paid so my girlfriend/wife work minimal and stay at work while cooking and cleaning. I DON'T CARE WHAT IT IS BESIDE A JANITOR I JUST WANT A GOOD PAYING JOB!!!!

I am trying VERY hard to become a game tester. Although, it is very hard as I am on the east coast and none of the game companies near me seem to be looking to hire. I have sent my resume out to a few out of state game companies but have not heard back yet.

I am 24. Male. College Graduate. Have experience with a few Betas and an Alpha test. Fairly intelligent, Good communication skills. I still can't seem to find a break.

Has anyone tried one of these game tester websites where you pay a $40 annual fee (or something like that) and they give you tips/suggestions on what and where you can get work?

PLEASE, only people with an ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE of this situation. I don't need random guesses or an inexperienced person's opinion.

If I buy a Call of Duty Elite membership now, would I get all the older content already released? Or is it only for content released while you have the membership?

With Guild Wars 2 and Diablo 3 in mind....

What computer part should I upgrade and what to?

My total price to spend is probably between $150-200.

I've been debating on what I want to upgrade my computer with within the next few months for the release of GuildWars 2 and Diablo 3.

It seems to me that the Radeon 7850 has been the best choice for my price range and now I turn to my Processor..

I currently have a Intel Quad core Q8200 @ 2.33Ghz. Will this quad core be able to keep the video card on it's feet or will there be a serious technical problem of bottlenecking?

I remind you that these guys are not exactly extreme graphic powerhouses but they are the new age of games and I would like to run them extremely smooth to experience the game without technical problems.

Sooo, I'm not much of a PC gamer. I play the occasion Guild Wars match or two and maybe some Team Fortress but that's about it as of recently. As you may or may not know, Guild Wars 2 and Diablo 3 will be releasing this year.

I am looking for a video card (under the $250 price mark) that will allow me to get the smoothest graphics and highest FPS. I will slowly start working on the rest of the computer but the video card needs to be upgraded ASAP.

Thinking of Value vs Performance (performance to value ratio 2:1), would it be wiser to get either:

120GB SSD + 1TB HDD (about $400)

vs

2TB HDD+ 60GB SDD Cache (about $300)

Saying my computer can run these parts and use them to their extent, what kind of performance would I see? What exactly does the speed help with?
