What do I say in Court?
I was driving with no insurance and unregistered tags (They were tags for the same vehicle).
I was pulled over at a Police Stop Check. I had my tags removed at the intersection, written a citation and have a court day.
I knew I was driving without both.
I purchased Auto Insurance the following day or the next day after that.
I have not gotten my actual tags back because I still need inspection. After Inspection going to buy a regular Vehicle Tag.
Can I go in and pay any fees to accept it? Is there anyway to take care of it out of the courtroom? I have very bad anxiety and am not good of rooms with crowded people. I will if I have to though.

First off, I said the tags were from the same vehicle.
Secondly, the two situations are not even close to being relevant so "Where" my anxiety was has no relevance to what has been done and yet to be done.

yes it will have to happen, this should be why you should have been legal before.

Although it may be somewhat difficult, you need to go to the courthouse and inquire as to who the prosecuting attorney is for cases such as yours. Make an appointment with that person and go in and explain what actually happened and what you have done thus far to correct the situation. Ask this person for leniency and see if he/she will reduce the charges and give you time to make your vehicle legal. This may not do a great deal for you, but I know it has worked in the past for many people I know. All it can cost you is a little of your time, but it could save you a great deal of money in the long run. Good Luck.

You have to go through it - the court room will not be crowded - just you, the judge/magistrates, some legal representatives and some members of the press/public (though this is unlikely in such a small case).
Just go in and plead guilty - this will remove the requirement for a full trial, and you will just be sentenced (most likely a fine and a suspended sentence).

Sorry... you will need to face reality. Most people would be scared to death to do what you did... and not because they fear to see a judge. They would simply get this type of anxiety thinking about doing something illegal.
Sad to hear yours is reversed.

the resolving without a court is something to check in at your court house simply ask the receptionist and you can get an answer. it is a tricky position but the presiding judge should see you have and are taking the proper steps to correct the error. do not use words such as but and do not interrupt any member of the court and you should be fine.
