Is it when someone asks something racially offensive...?
that Y/A has technical difficulties? I notice that after answering some of the more offensive questions, that page pops up, saying "Sorry We Are Experiencing Technical Problems..." or something along those lines?

No - it's been all day like that regardless of content.
Blue - when that happens you get the comment deleted message - this question is regarding the tech difficulty message that has been happening all day

I've noticed that many questions last only a few seconds or minutes on Y!A. Any questions involving race,right-wing christians, politics or with any offensive content is usually flagged almost immediately by the Y!A 'police'.

Sometimes, other times it's just trolls who are reporting the questions that they don't like.
