OLTL: Do you think Stacy is alive?

I just read in the spoilers that Kim is visiting someone in the hospital and telling them that Rex is in town. I am wondering if it is Stacy.

    If Stacy is alive, she is in a coma because she would have came back by now.

    I read that too but I sure hope not, they kill off Gigi and bring back her horrible sister whom no one liked
