endurance exercise for mma?
im looking to take mixed martial arts classes and i want to get into good condition. the main thing i want to focus on is my endurance, the ability to last a long time in a fight. what are some good running exercises i can do to help me build endurance for mma. i am not trying to gain muscle, really all i want is to obtain speed and endurance.

I would recommend body weight exercises such as hindu pushups/squats plus TacFit training.
