Creationists, could we see your calculations?
Posted a few minutes ago:
"Simple bacteria can divide about every 20 minutes and have many hundreds of different proteins, each containing 20 types of amino acids arranged in chains that might be several hundred long. For bacteria to evolve by beneficial mutations one at a time would take much, much longer than three or four billion years, the time that many scientists believe life has existed on earth."
Let's see your calculations. Note: I am asking about this specific claim. Please do not avoid the question and posted different claims.
Hopefully these calculations take into account the fact that early life need not be as complex as current life, but let's see them regardless.

I've actually seen calculations on this and it comes out that you'll see every possible mutation on a bacterial genome in about three or four years.

Creationism is the branch of science which demonstrates how the earth, humanity, life, the universe, and indeed everything, were created. Those who study this form of science based on faith are known as Creationists. Creationism is often compared to Evolution, which is an ideological and pseudo-scientific fallacy based upon non-scientific reason. While Evolution assumes man is nothing but an advanced animal, Creationism shows that man was created by a Supreme Being, the Flying Spaghetti Monster!

calculations--- lets begin with how the evolutionist thinks life began, they would have us believe that eons ago in some prehistoric jungle a puddle of water was struck by a bolt if lightning and the 20 amino acids needed to create life just happened to be aligned correctly and voila a one cell amoeba was created. that one cell developed into the millions of species we have today---i'm sorry but i don't have the faith to believe all that. scientists tell us that the odds of that are 1 in ten millions. new discovery from the studies of DNA show that Darwin's theory couldn't have happened. creation is the only answer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you started with 1
And each divided only once every 20 minutes?
You'd reach the billions within 12 hours.
By the next day, each of those billions would reach billions.

We have self assurance organic determination is the God designed approach of protecting representatives of the unique created types. this is enormously imaginitive in case you think of approximately it. ============= “instruct” is one among those words. As Jim McGuiggan has reported, “‘data’ in math isn’t comparable to data in history or in interpersonal relationships or in biology or in all people of a bunch of alternative disciplines. Ask a baby (or a husband or a father or a chum) to ‘instruct’ the loved quite loves them and it isn’t achievable. despite if it must be ‘proved’, the baby will possibly no longer have the skill to make the case nicely sufficient to cajole the critic. for this reason it may be the baby’s lack of ability that must be the priority and not that the declare couldn’t be ‘proved.’ the complication with critics is that in many cases they'd’t tell the version between somebody being no longer able to instruct it and the ‘instruct-skill’ of the declare. as nicely, especially they don’t be responsive to what sort of ‘data’ is needed in the countless disciplines.” And as John Lennox reported in his debate with Richard Dawkins, “of path, we do no talk of ‘data.’ you purely get data, in the stern experience, in my very very own field of arithmetic. yet, in another field, inclusive of technology, we can’t talk of information—we can talk of information, of counsel, of being confident previous life like doubt” (The God fantasy Debate).

I didn't write that, but exactly how will it hurt the creationists side if the life forms are less complex? That would mean you would need X amount of years longer to get to this point.
*edit*
If you're thumbing me down you have a terrible understanding of math. I would also then conclude that logic gets by you quite often.
How about you give them the extended link also.

I bet you whoever posted that copy pasted it without even bothering to understand it.
