What can I do to pay my college fee's?

I graduated high school a few months ago, and got accepted into a good college. I have like $13,000 in grants and tuition's, and im I've already decided that I want to go. But unfortunately, I can't pay the $450 entrance fee. I've tried getting a job, but no ones called me back yet, and i've already talked with the college, and they've said that I can't pay it later. I have until August 29th, which is only a week away.

Does anyone know of any programs or grants that would help me pay this(epically in the Connecticut area)?

Please let me know soon, im beginning to freak out here.
