why do i have sound on pc but when on internet I.E you tube i have no sound please help?

Check:

1. The "Volume Bar", next to the play/pause button in the video.

2. If you have a windows 7, Right click on the Volume Mixer --> Open volume mixer.

Then check the volume of the I.E.

Videos issues are often related to Adobe Flash Player (you can download it here http://bitly.com/1p3PWiO) You have to download and install/update Adobe flash player to be able to watch videos on the internet (Youtube, Facebook, etc..) With Flash Player as well as watching videos you can also play flash games online. Sometimes this software is not installed or is damaged/corrupted and it's responsible for many problem with videos. Check the volume slider, at the bottom of a youtube video, is turned up and not muted.
