house made of light and magnetics?

i think if one uses the nature of electromagnetism and the science of Fractal Geometry...we may be able to build a house ...and any other structure from light and metals alone. there is one catch tho...to

power the structure once formed from the light fractal...there needs to be a continuous power source. since we know that negative energy and positive energy can collide and create a large amount of energy...then we can try this. but just imagine a single place on Earth where there is a collision of negative and positive particles big enough to power every house on Earth. or anything...else
