Has anybody really felt the effects of the economy?

Yes i am, i am struggling with it big time, i'm tired of chasing my tail all the time.

It's been 10 yrs for me due 2 illness but I am seeing the effects of everyone around me one's I know & people I don't. It really is rather sad but I guess it will put even more people on 1 of to list : The Have's & Have Not.

just turn on a tv set and see some of the most outrageous sales you will ever see in america for as long as you live. department store are slashing prices and some are giving stock away for as much as 80% off and some like the men's store in Manhattan are giving away suits and shirts ''BUY ONE GET THREE FREE, and THREE free Dress Shirts''

does my ghetto *** neighbor always asking me to buy him alcohol and cigarettes and saying that he cant get a job because of the economy count... i dont really think so, because i have 2 jobs and im ok, but thats sort of feeling the effect right?

My ends are meeting. =) Thank goodness. Nothing extra, though. $50/week to fill my gas tank is about killing me. I guess it could have been worse.

my mom lost her job

im a teen and i couldnt get a summer job

only me and everyone I know, so much for that whole class struggle chestnut

only internally. i can't take pride in the place i live anymore
