Any good adventure movies where the guy has to save the girl?
I was watching King Kong (2005) last night and I just loved that it was an adventure movie but there was also the great love story between Jack and Ann. I liked how she was taken captive by the natives and then King Kong and Jack set out to save her. Any similar movies you know of? I've already seen The Princess Bride and Pirates of the Caribbean. Thanks for any suggestions!

Titanic (more of he gives his life for her also jack) in the planet of the apes original movies he goes back for the girl in the last one very good movies, the illusionist is a good one, the brothers grim, time machine, the holiday (not so much a save the girl story but I think you would like it), les miserables (he doesn't save her but he adopts and protects her daughter) the princess bride one of my favorites, tristan and isolde (a different version of Romeo and Juliet almost) the reef (a kid movie but cute) phantom of the opera, and that is all I can think of at the moment enjoy
