If natural gas is so abundant in the US, why isn't the large supply bringing the price down?

They've been talking about a 100 year abundance since 2008 while the price continues to increase.

if the federal govt would get out of the way and allow states to handle it you would see a drop in price and an increase in production....but since we have to protect small ants and frogs.....hence the gas and oil stays in the ground

Production. Just because we have a 100 year supply of natural gas does not mean we are allowed to, or are producing enough to bring down cost.

Compared to oil natural gas is super cheap. Plus, our natural gas is much cheaper than natural gas in Europe. We produce it for a third of the price. Eventually, trucks will run on natural gas.

Regulations, EPA, red tape. All aimed at the US not being able to use its natural resources.

You do also know that the US has a larger oil reserve than all of the middle east?

Because liberals impose huge, expensive regulations.....and gas companies legal costs to defend liberal lawsuites.

The gas is cheap. The cost of delivery is not.
