If all of mankind is programed to worship God, than why is it so hard for people to accept the Truth about?
"Jesus".
Perhaps the stipulations are too restrictive and the Devil creeps in like he did at the Garden of Eden, and sways people by saying it is no big deal just have fun in your sin, and where is your proof.
Do parents take full responsibily for not teaching their children about Jesus? Should parents be responsible for their children's knowledge about the Bible and would God hold them responsible, if they didn't?
I say without a doubt.
Thoughts........
To some of you people that said we are not programmed.
If we are not programmed to worship something, why is religion even an issue. Clearly we are programmed to worship. We all have free-will to what or who that would be.
@Dirty Danny. If you are referring to Jesus, when you speak of God, you are very mis-informed if you believe that there are many roads to the Kingdom of God. It states in the Holy Bible, that the road is very narrow, and not many will enter it. There many very well be many roads to your house, but there is not to the Kingdom of God.
Let ever ear hear, even if they are disagreeable and unreceptive.

If people were truly programed to worship a God, there would be no need for religion or any commandments. These would be inherently known and knowing how to breathe.
The reason there are so many different religions and sects within them is the god concept is creation of the human mind.

There's no evidence in the Bible that we're programmed to worship God. That would mean God created mindless robots. Where's the love in that?
God commanded Adam and Eve to leave one tree alone and they disobeyed. This shows three things. 1) that obedience to God is voluntary, 2) that disobedience brings consequences, and 3) God loves us enough to pay the penalty for our disobedience if we’ll let Him.
If God wanted to prevent sin, then He would have either destroyed Satan before Adam and Eve ever came along or not given them the power of choice. His goal was never to prevent it, but to show His love for us by redeeming us from it.

I'm one of Jehovah Witnesses. In the Jehovah Witnesses organization we serve Jehovah God out of love. We do things because we want to and it comes from the heart. Were not program to do something we don't want to. Everyone has a choice in life.
Also are teach our children about Jehovah God at early age so that they will 1). have a relationship with God at an early age 2). they will come to know and understand Jehovah God 3). learn to lean upon God and not their own self and 4). they will know how to pray to Jehovah God on their own.
Jehovah God will judge us all. He can read people hearts and knows their motives.
"But Jehovah said to Samuel: Do not look at his appearance and at the height of his statue, for I have rejected him. For not the way man sees what is the way God sees, because mere man sees what appears to the eyes; but as for Jehovah, he sees what the heart is."-1 Samuel 16:7.
As Jehovah Witnesses we as parents take full responsibility in teaching our children about God. There is a Watchtower this month thats called "What Should Children Learn About God?" Whenever you see Jehovah Witnesses in your neighborhood ask for the magazine. It has a lot of good information about how to teach your children about God. It's especially good for .parents who are expecting, parents who have little ones, or even if parents have older ones.

There are many paths to God. The idea that there is only one true religion is a ridiculous and evil lie. God loves all his children. Just like there are many roads to get home after a hard days work, there are many paths to get home to God from this hard and often cruel life.

well there is no "truth" what so ever because it is belief which is based off of personal experiences which no other being on earth can relate fully 100% and it's based off of faith influenced by a book which could be perceived differently to others. i believe "GOD" is a destination in life and some people have the right navigational equip and some dont.

There is no such "programming." People who say that are making a bare assertion -- a fallacy. It's a made-up claim without any supporting evidence of any kind.
And things that are "true" have evidence to SHOW they're true. The bible stories (other than a few names of kings, people, and cities) don't have evidence to show they're true. Many of them are clearly shown false by evidence. That's not some imagined "satan," it's simply reality.
Peace.

We're not programmed to worship any God, we have free will and choice. That's why some people don't believe and I respect that, even if I disagree.

Some people can see beyond their programming. We're programmed to fear outsiders too, but resisting that is considered not only moral, but intelligent.

We are not programmed,we are being tested, surah 76:3 and 18:7.
But the programmed thing is our biology and bodies.

you went wrong in your initial question...mankind is not programmed to worship God... nature is, yes. but mankind [humans] are given a choice whether or not they want to worship God.
