Should I get this tattoo?

Question

Alright to start off I am 17 years old that have been through crazy stuff like parent divorce and just a bunch of stuff and so far I am making it out great, with a little stress here and there but whatever.  Alright um for my birthday present my mom, girlfriend, and friends want to pitch in for the cost of a tat for a bday present and I just want some public opinion on it.

Please dont post think about it and such because ive looked up the meaning of both the pheonix and the dragon and I was going to eventually get both but i figured why not at the same time and that they both together would show what ive been through and such 

so um here is the url to the pic all credits to the website/person that created it, if I decide that I like it I will contact the maker and see if I cant get a copy of it

im not a real fan of black tattoos, maby add some colour?
and its bad luck to have a dragon facing down. i have three
dragons and 1 koy fish on my entire back, and there all
going up.

I think the idea of a dragon is neat, and I also think you should add some color. I think a dragon on your bicep would look great. :)

bad idea.  very ugly tattoo.  it would look frightening on you.  It would scare little kids I think.  

your family and friends are giving you a tattoo for your birthday?  With friends like that, who needs enemies?  Tell them "no thanks"
