Depends on what you're into.
If you like parties, then host one with friends and such. Maybe like a casino night theme party or like a Vegas party, something a bit better than usual but not so expensive either.
You could also travel, not too far though, you should save some though, just in case.
Presents, ummm accept what they give you? I dunno. =]
