3. No - I am not a dance teacher. I love Bharatanatyam and work with lot of dance teachers. You can ignore my answeres if you thing they are meaningless. Many teachers in USA may not have a relevant degree in dance. But some universities in Tamilnadu offer Bachelors degree in Bharatanatyam. Alagappa University is one.

4. I don't think one can say that they have learned everything in Bharatanatyam - even for renouned professionals. I know many professionals still learning diffrent styles years after their Arangetram.

But normally it takes one to finish Arangetram in 6 to 8 years.
