What's the worst that can happen if I exercise after a tooth extraction?

I had two teeth extracted at about 9:00 this morning. I had planned to go to the gym later at about 6:00 for aerobics and yoga. Everything I've read so far just says to watch the bleeding and doesn't list any severe consequences for exercising. Basically what I want to know is what can happen so I can decide if I'm going to do it or not.

I think you need to seek help if your desire to exercise is so out-of-control that you are willing to risk injury to yourself. You may be suffering from an image/eating disorder.

The worst that can happen is that you pop the sutures and then you get a particle of food into the suture hole and end up with dry socket. A very painful condition.

You wont die but you could damage your health and you might have to go through more pain because you will have to re cover that tooth :)

You could start bleeding again. Anytime you exercise you get your blood pumping harder.
