please help, quite down about this..advice?
In relationships I think i'm cursed but then I think I can't be because that's crazy :S!!!
I had bad 5 brief sorta relationships...even though they wasn't loong I felt rejected!!! and i think this is why I feel i'm cursed and ever since then when I get in relationships i think they'll go off me not love me, reject me etc.
Am I a schizophrenic if i think this???? that i'm cursed in relationships?? get real anxious over it and my mind races :(
when i'm single i'm fine and don't think about it can rationalize it!!!
how to i change this negative core belief?? it's so hard!!!

I was diagnosed with severe anxiety last year...so the year hasn't been great, I come across confident to people, get compliments but my mind is so negative and thinks about me getting hurt all day long I try not to focus on it and change but it's so hard..... help :)

You're not schizophrenic. You're just obsessing over a problem that's not really a problem. So you've have a few bad relationships - we've all been there. So use the experiences to try and avoid them in the future. If you avoid everyone though you will end up alone. Get to know a girl before you jump in feet first. If she's not right for you move on.

Everyone gets a little like that in relationships its just the pain you get through to find the right person :)
If you feel its really bad id suggest looking up NLP Hypnotherapy work, this seriously helps with anxiety. My boyfriend has a severe social anxiety disorder and it really helped him out (My Mum is trained in NLP) I'd take a look if i were you :)
