Why do my human hair extentions burn when I use heat protectant ?

I bought some 100% human hair extentions back in january and by April they were like dreadlocks, frizzy and stuck together, I didn't use heat protectant so I thought that was the problem, so yesterday I bought some more 100% hair extentions and I've used heat protectant all over the extentions before I curled them this morning and now I just looked and right on the tips of the hair is black as if I just got a lighter to it, why is it still burning my hair ?

Thankyou xoxo

it depends on the heat protectant. sometimes wht they put in it doesn't do much protection at all >.<, i suggest you get Chi keratin hair protection. It worrks REALLLLYY well. I have Extremely curly hair, and i use Remy 100% human hair extension but they're always straight, so i have to do ALOT of flat ironing lol.

maybe it's how much heat you put into it. you said you got human hair extensions so that hair came from another person. the extensions you got probably just don't do well in the heat even if you put heat protectant, because the person who's hair the extensions came from is just like that.

you need to not straighten your hair extra effective than 2-thrice a week. it somewhat damages your hair. if i could you i could try Thermasilk shampoo and conditioner, it helps preserve your hair from warmth. additionally thermasilk has some sturdy warmth protectants.
