My state only when around construction sites when workers are present
Photo radar on a mobile platform.
You get mailed a ticket & because it was a construction site the fine is doubled.
Our cameras are set up to get the driver's face.
All other cameras are traffic condition monitors, not ticket cameras.

It is called Photo Radar and yes these are tickets. You get a ticket in the mail. However, they are pretty much the equivalent to a parking ticket and is usually just a fine. They aren't even worth fighting IMO. Now getting pulled over is different since the officer sees who the operator of the vehicle is.
