what information do I need to provide to get prepaid debit card?
I have never purchased one... I don't even know where to buy one yet. but I think I want a prepaid card for making higher risk online transactions. what information do they need to make a prepaid Visa card? name, address? is that it? do they need more?

They need you name, address, phone, i think they ask for a social security number, but that is about it. You can get one at Walmart it is a $3.00 fee for activation. It is that easier

Are you from canada if yes go to money mart take photo gov id sin number and a piec of mail like puc phone and get one 20 doller to buy it or go to BMO and get one
