Is seeing a therapist navy disqualifying?
Husband been in the navy 6 years, is seeing a therapist without going on any kind of drug disqualifying?
Mostly would be for stress, just to talk it out. Also has some stuff from his past he'd like to work through.

Just going to a therapist would not constitute grounds for disqualification. Now, if you had something that you were going to a therapist for, that would diminish your ability to function in the military (Like severe OCD) Then you may be turned down. It's just as simple as that. (You will be given a psychological exam in the military too, so they will probably decide then)

No. There needs to be some kind of actual diagnosis. You see a lot of things, its not abnormal. If we fired everyone who talked to a chaplain or therapist, we'd have few people.
