i would say i thought we were better friends then that then go for a hug that way the persons hands are going on your clothes not you.

I would shake their hands , go to the toilet , smell my hand for a check then wash it .

I would shake his hand not to hurt his feelings. Then I would go to the bathroom und wash mein hands.

I would say, hey, you didn't wash your hands. You guys go way back so they can take hearing the truth from you!

i'd say hi and start diverting their mind by asking certian questions lyk were do they stay what work does they do now etc then ill ask their present address and say them ill visit them next week and walk off!
