What should I do about this?
I know I'm going to die soon, with in the next year or so. I have a lot of personal possessions and no family or friends to give them to. I don't want the State to take it all. I was thinking maybe my landlord should have everything, she's the closest thing to family I have. What do you think? It's only about $40,000 worth of stuff. Mostly high end electronics and collectibles. Try to recommend non-profit, and groups that help children and teens please.

Although, It's not a big amount but still it will be a big amount for a developing country in South East Asia where the dollar has a high value. You can establish a trust with your hard earned money that can lend this money to the needy on interest. Interest generated from this money may be utilized for the institution of award to the meritorious student from lower income group family. Thus it will help the student for further education and your name will be immortal in the form of award instituted in your name.

I'm sooooooooo sorry. I almost started crying :'(. You could give it to your land lord. Or you could sell it and do everything you've ever wanted to do before you go. You could also donate it to the make a wish foundation, or things like that. Best wishes.

Sell everything you can and give the money to charity, i'm sure people need that money more than your landlord. I'm very sorry to hear about your situation, stay strong.
