Looking for the name of a song?

I'm looking for the name of a song I heard on the radio the other day. Its by a female artist and she starts the song by going "hah hah hah hah hah" Its not a laughing sound. It sounds more like a breathe, slightly sexual sounding lol. I heard it on a station that plays hit rock, alternative, and pop. Im pretty sure its a pretty recent song. It almost sounds like sara bereilles. She has a slightly high pitched voice, and the instruments are not very loud. The pace is not extremely fast and it is a pretty upbeat song. It is definitely not a rap or hip/hop song.
