Why don't the government hold an opinion poll from public all over India on JAN LOK PAL issue and go on the way. Because if the present ahimsa agitation against corruption fails, what will be the next (which may cost severe blood shedding)

Jan Lok Pal proposes a separate organisation called Lokpal to police the PM, ministers and bureaucrats. But, who will ensure that people who work in Lokpal unit do not take bribes or blackmail the PM?
