That's a tough one, those things aren't often found in musicals. Maybe try these:
Dancer in the Dark
Hedwig and the Angry Inch
The Red Shoes (This may not be a musical, maybe just dance scenes, I forget.)

The Phantom of the Opera ( you'd realy enjoy that one. No joke. Its gothic, dark, yet sweet in a bitter way. Its just amazing. If anything I think you should try and see it performed somewhere! I saw it on broadway and it was amazing. )

i hate those things,but all those kinds of movies are almost always directed by Tim Burton
and Coraline (probably the best choice for u)
