how much weight would i lose?

if every day for 2 months i ate:

about 100 calories in the morning

and then about 300-500 calories at night

i also do cross country practice (about 3-5 miles each practice) i have them mondays wedsdays and saturdays.

otherwise i do 100 curl ups every day.

dont waste your time saying that its not good for me to eat this little. i kno. i dont care.

Update:

im 13 and have a slower metabolism. if i eat normally i will gain a little weight.

    Depends on the person but just about anyone would very rapidly lose weight at those calorie levels and exercise. I'd imagine you could easily lose as much as you desire, probably 5lbs a week, maybe less depending on factors.

    okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess toxins in your blood or fat to lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:

    Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)

    eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods, at first,,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken.

    also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.

    * you should lose about 10 lbs per month

    Alot, but youll eventually become anorexic if you keep eating like that (which, I imagine you wont) and when you start eating normally youll gain it back really fast and actually gain more weight. Go ahead.

    if food was your only source of pleasure make sure to reconnect with other things you enjoy music sports volunteer work or movies for example

    walk your lunch outside or to another location in the office instead of sitting and eating at your desk

    try hot sauce salsa and cajun seasonings
