What a great question! Cows don't eat only grass, they wouldn't do very well on just eating one kind of plant. They eat different herbs and weeds (including seeds) and get a fair amount of insects in when they eat too. From all this input they can get enough fatty acids to make fat for all the reasons animals need fat (e.g. fat under the skin as a cushion) including to put into their milk. Mammals have this amazing system to protect their young against times of hardship, even when mum is going hungry she will still produce top quality milk. For example it's been shown that during famines babies that are one hundred percent breast fed have exactly the same survival rates as if it was a time of plenty.

I actually have a similar subject, yet attempting those over the counter issues for lactose intolerance issues has no longer helped one bit. Ice cream is the worst and the better the fat in milk the greater severe it extremely is and the swifter it hits. 2 hours for ice cream.... I even have matters with any particularly fatty meals. i think of mine is the start of my gallbladder giving out, a similar ingredient exceeded off to my mom in her 20s and my grandmother. i'm in my till now 30s and it has basically stared for me. however docs say you may puke besides to have that is a gallbladder so my coverage won't pay for the attempting out because of the fact it would be elected exams and that i do no longer meet the classic standards. yet it extremely is observed by way of greater discomfort then diarrhea in my entire torso then with say a flu. i'm no longer a puker so IDK. I stay removed from maximum dairy lots of the time now and in basic terms have ice cream or fries once I basically could have it and that i understand i can stay homestead and be in sever discomfort.

Because they are a mammal. Mammals produce milk. I can't really say what other people haven't said, except to the guy above me, it's spelled cellulose.

cellose is broken down and reconfigured to produce fat and proteins and all the things the cow needs to live, grow, metabolise etc etc
