Brayson Maverick for a baby boy?

I just wanted some feedback on the name Brayson Maverick for a baby boy. What do you guys think?

    Brayson immediately made me think of a mule - braying. So, I prefer Bryson Maverick.

    Maverick is a really nice, fresh sounding name for a BOY only. People are putting it on girls where it just sounds phony, ugly and a desparate attempt at cutsy-pie.

    Maverick is a winner; Bryson works better.

    Maverick, I adore this, I named on of my nintendogs this!

    I don't like Brayson, it's a bit trendy and reminds me of an animal.
