Should a four year old be able to do a sit up?
I'm just curious if a four year old child should be able to do a sit up without using his hands on the floor.... comments?
No surgery or illnesses... I just wondered if the average 4 yr old has the strength do do it... know what I mean? This is my grandson I am asking about...

well everyone is different, it depends on their core strength. but i think they should be able to

My daughter never could because she had abdominal surgery. Has your child had surgery?

i know my four year old daughter can hough she sometimes loses her balance as she comes up
