Crash Diet that WORKS!!?

The first day of school is in exactly 7 days and I need a week long crash diet to look great on the first day! I want to lose about 5 pounds. Diet pills and detox diets are not an option for me. Any suggestions...?

    Not possible. I suggest you start right now to eat better and plan to lose five pounds in the next month, if you actually need to lose that much. While you are doing that, start a daily exercise program that includes some kind of cardio activity such as jumping rope or jogging.

    crash diets never end good, you'll be skinny for a bit but after a while, you'll end up fatter than you were before your crash diet, just do it the healthy way :)

    the SACRED HEART DIET! Search it on google. you have to make this soup and it gives you a 7 day meal plan. like the first day is fruits/ and soup. 2nd vegies/soup.. so on so on you get the idea. You don't go starving, as yu have to eat to lose, but you are limited to certain foods.

    Eat fresh fruit, raw vegetables, beans, and oatmeal and/or cream of wheat. And do tons of cardio (biking or swimming or running) and also do lots of weight lifting (don't worry you won't get big and masculine looking, you'll just get trim and fit and strong too).
