2. There are many clues and many suspects, it has barely started to unfold at this point

3. Avery is Sharon's new lawyer, hired by Victor....Adam says he's done and destroyed the evidence

4. Ashley left Tucker upon finding out that he slept with Diane (the same day Diane was murdered) Ashley lost her phone in the park and Nick accidentally left a message on Ashley voice mail threatening Diane......someone found the phone and is playing back the message to Nick..also someone sent Ash a photo of her in the park

5. I am pretty sure they film like two months prior to airing so Billy leaving could have been during contract neg. and they left it up in the air.....he should be back soon since he did end up resigning.

6. Heather is mad at Ronan and surprised that Ronan is back and town and not thrilled that Paul did not inform her while she was "travelling" that he was there and working on the case with Paul

Deacon has a security camera photo of her being at the park the night that Diane was murdered. Nick accidently left a message on Ashley phone the night that Diane died, which is the same phone that Ashley lost in the park that same night. Nick tried to help her find it, but someone else did, and now that person is calling Nick and is trying to intimidate him. Ashley found out the truth about Tucker sleeping with Diane, so she moved out of Tucker's apartment. Adam is acting so high and mighty to Sharon because of Sam. Adam is just being the normal evil Adam that everyone knows he is.

I think Deacon has Ashley's phone from the crime scene and is the one harassing Nick just for fun. He wants another romp with Phyllis so he's just trying to mess with her too.

Nooo idea who the killer is but I really don't think it's any of them. I think it's either Patty Williams or some other random person.

Billy is coming back. He's probably just on hiatus/vacation right now.

Heather and Ronan. Eww. I wish they'd drop Heather completely from the show.

I think Deacon saw her pic on the camera and now he is blackmailing her into sleeping with him. I still think Deacon and Adam were in on it together. I thought for sure Adam had planted those shoes in Victors house but now i think Adam did the actual killing. Adam is just rubbing it in now that Sharon is in jail and hating now that Sam took his place. I wish i knew who was calling Nick cause i know he went to the crime scene as well along with Ashley and Tucker. Heck maybe Billy boy killed Diane he took off in a rush.. Not sure about Heather and Ronan cause today was the first time she has come back..K2
