Nevermind the drug testing debate...?
Does a fighter have the right to dictate WHERE his opponent trains? IF the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight falls apart due to the fact that Mayweather demands Pacquiao ONLY train in the US, then WHO would you place the blame for the fight not happening THEN?
MegaBalls - I'm sorry my friend, but your response is priceless....OSDT can't be done in the Philippines? Then how do all the olympic athletes get tested in their native countries? It's the OLYMPICS! An INTERNATIONAL competition. Do ALL countries participating HAVE to go to the US to train so they can be tested properly?! LOL! Pacquiao's always been training in the Philippines for at least half his camp for the past 4 years...Now you're saying "Why can't he train in the States?" Because he doesn't have to! That's why?! I gotta hand it to you though...you're Mayweather's dream fan. Always eating up whatever he says.

Hell NO. No fighter can dictate drug testing and force his opponent to do the same. This is one reason why Pacquaio Mayweather fight has not happened. Mayweather has yet to prove he is greater than Pacquaio so he has no right to dictate drug testing. Pacquaio is bigger than Mosley or Ortiz combined in superstar status. No way he will let Mayweather bully him in the negotiations. I never liked what Pacquaio has done in his recent selection of fights but when it comes to the drug testing he is right and Mayweather is wrong. If Mayweather feel Pacquaio is cheating then attend the court and prove it than duck it as he has done.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. wants the fight to be on "his terms" that's now evident first,
he ask for the testing to be done during training camp and second now he asked,
for Manny Pacquiao to train in America for the fight? Does a fighter have the right
to ultimately decide when and where his opponent will train for a fight against him
in boxing? No, no fighter should have the right to dictate when and where his next
opponent will train for his next bout. Manny Pacquiao has the right to choose the
location of his training whether it's in the Philippines or whether it's in Wild Card's
boxing gym in California only Manny Pacquiao and his team should choose when
and where he will be training for his next scheduled bout if the negotiations for the
continue like this I don't this fight will ever get made, if Manny Pacquiao does win
vs. Juan Manuel Marquez there is other fights that can be made with Tim Bradley,
Victor Ortiz (if he does well vs. Mayweather Jr.), Sergio Martinez and Andre Berto
(if he defeats Jan Zaveck in September) and maybe even a rematch with Miguel A
Cotto (if he avenges his loss to Margarito in December) there some good potential
fights that can be made, I don't blame Manny Pacquiao for his selection of boxing
opponents remember Top Rank is boxing promoter who puts these fights together.

This is ridiculously laughable. Manny Pacquiao doesn't even have to agree to that blood test much more now that he have to train in the US that is in conflict with his other job. How I wish he got arrested on his way to his fight with Ortiz. Watch this if Karma start to kicks in. It's all Mayweather to blame even that implementation of blood test that his fans blindly supported. Produce evidence other than speculation and we will all join you in criticizing Manny. That is another blockade and there will be more, watch it. Floyd Mayweather Jr. just slowly giving out his demand one at a time to prolong the agony for his fans that they kept supporting. Its either they were scared for him or they were satisfied in blaming Manny Pacquiao so Floyd Jr. can go on fighting somebody else that they deemed credible. Be real people, the only credible opponent for Floyd is Manny Pacquiao, not Ortiz, Khan or anybody else. Ortiz is just a walk in the park for Floyd Jr. no matter how you make it look like a fight of the lifetime for him by calling Victor a young champion, Lol.
Caprice only works as far as being tolerated. Being a prima donna belong to nobody, not even Floyd Jr. or Manny. Nobody is bigger than the sport and higher than the authority. If Floyd Mayweahter Jr. couldn't agree to the proposal of Bob Arum of having the testing done by WADA while Manny was training in the Philippines and the other part to be covered by USDA when he resume his training in the US, it is only a testament that he is really ducking a confrontation with Manny the same way he avoided confrontation in court of law. It will never get any better than the compromised given by TR.

i'll blame it to mayweather...for being a byatch and a bully, a dictator for life.
but it's not that big a deal...if i'm pac...i'll say yes just to make this fight happen....then i'll kill him inside the ring...then his career is over together w/ his flomo fans.
besides if i am to agree to floyd's ridiculous blood test , they wont allow me to train away from their sight where they think i have a lot of room to take PEDs during training...like in the Phils right?

The OSDT cannot be done in the Philippines and Pacquiao knows that so why would he agree to it? Why can't Pacquiao train in the U.S. where the fight is going to take place anyway? During training boxers are supposed to be isolated from their families so it should not matter where he is.
That sounds like it could be another potential lame excuse on Pacquiao's part to dodge the OSDT.
Remember ,Shane Mosley did epo to disguise his steroid usage and Pacquiao could be doing the same thing as far as we know. He needs to take that OSDT to clear that cloud of speculation over his head instead of going by the boxing commission's guidelines that has been proven to be ineffective.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2sYyV9Wa0k&feature...
