This is an article just posted addicting info. It is "clearly" partisan once you read further on, but some of the points hit the nail on the head... (This is me speaking as an Independent) So... thoughts? Which are false and which are true?
Sorry for the length.

Democrats believe that corporations have too much influence over Congress due to their lobbyists and huge campaign contributions. Republicans believe the middle class has too much influence over Congress due to their voting and paying taxes.
Democrats believe we need to protect victims of corporate negligence by allowing Americans to file lawsuits against corporations. Republicans believe we need to protect large corporations from lawsuits by Americans who’ve been victimized by them.
Democrats believe that the rich should be taxed more than the poor and middle class. Republicans believe that the rich should be allowed to keep all their wealth, except for the millions in campaign contributions they give to politicians.
Democrats believe that too much money in politics produces corruption and destroys the American way of life. Republicans believe that money and corruption in politics are the American way of life.
These are just my observations from a lifetime of watching Democratic and Republican politicians.

1) Republicans(conservative ones) believe that central planning is undesired and produces nothing but catastrophe. Democrats believe that the government should plan our lives
2) Republicans believe in individual liberty and choice. Democrats have snuffed that whenever possible like having to go to the same crappy school even though you live like 5 miles away from it, and deciding that we should have to buy healthcare even if we can't afford it.
3) Republicans believe in peace through strength. Democrats want to make nice-nice with our enemies and say they're "misunderstood".
4) Republicans support morals. Democrats support moral decadence.
5) Republicans believe that the entrepreneur is the soul creator of jobs in this country. Democrats believe food stamps are stimulus.
6) Republicans believe that tax cuts or a simpler tax code are needed to drive growth. Democrats want to tax people out of existence.
7) Republicans believe in the right to bear arms. Democrats want the police to carry guns and even they want them disarmed.
8) Republicans believe in free speech no matter where it comes from. Democrats believe in free speech only when you agree with them.
9) Republicans believe anyone no matter your race, creed or skin color has a chance to make it here in the U.S. Democrats believe in Affirmative action and a "level playing field".
10) Republicans believe a balanced budget will help strengthen our economy and help pay down our debt. Democrats just want to spend spend and spend.
11) Republicans have no problem with how you live your life as long as you keep it in the privacy of your own home. Democrats want to publicize it and demonize anyone who doesn't agree with it.
12) Republicans believe that the Constitution should mean what it is when it was written. Democrats believe it is an "living" document that should be adapted to modern culture.
13) Republicans support our troops and are willing to give them the best weaponry in their efforts to stop evil on every front. Democrats want to cut their paychecks and downgrade their arsenal.
14) Republicans believe in State Sovereignty(States Rights). Democrats think that means "secession".
15) Republicans are taking back congress and the white house in 2012. Democrats are in denial.
EDIT: Dang that took a while to type.

This is fun. Let me try a few:
Democrats believe that the way to equality is to pull the rich down to the level of the poor.
Republicans believe that the way to equality is to give the poor the opportunities to become rich
Democrats believe that the way to stimulate the economy is for the government to regulate and tax small business
Republicans believe the way to stimulate the economy is to get the hell out of the way of small business and let them thrive
Democrats believe that taxing the "Millionaires and Billionaires" will fix all of our economic problems
Republicans believe that cutting waste and unnecessary spending and balancing the budget will fix most of our economic problems
Democrats believe than most people are too stupid and incapable of taking care of themselves, therefore the government has to do it
Republicans believe that if given an honest chance most people can not only take care of themselves but can be positive and productive members of society
Democrats believe that more government is the solution to all our problems
Republicans believe that more freedom is the solution to all our problems
Democrats believe that all money is the government's money, and they a gracious enough to let us keep some of it
Republicans believe that the money you make is your money, and you should be allowed to keep as much of it as possible
Democrats want to rule us by groups (Black, Latino, Gay, Women, etc.)
Republicans want govern us as individuals
I could go on and on, but i really need to get back to work..

You posted on answers, which implies you have a questions. Obviously your headline should not contain a question mark given the content beneath it, but rather a period. Save your political rants for a blog. If you were to post actual facts instead of opinion, then you might have some merit with people that have half of a pulse, but you didn't. Nearly 100% of your comments are diatribe and a political rant vilifying the opposing political party. Better yet, start up your own website named liberal opinions dot com and repost there. In the meantime, keep your lopsided views of the world to yourself.

Almost every point you make is inaccurate.
I can go thru them point by point if you really care.
The dems DO believe the corporations have too much control over the government....but the republicans believe that the government has too much control over THE PEOPLE...not corporations.
#2
Democrats DO believe it benefits all of us to help the weakest and the poorest among us. Republicans believe it benefits all of us to allow THE PEOPLE to help themselves, and determine their own charitable donations. We don't actually believe in bailouts/handouts to the wealthy or big corporations.
#3
Democrats DO believe large corporations would disembowel you and sell your organs to the highest bidder if the government didn’t stop them. Republicans believe that the free market will ensure that evil corporations like that go out of business and the good companies prosper.

Usually when you write things like this, even if you support one side over the other, you give clear, and REAL facts. You don't have to support the opposite view but you acknowledge it at least.

almost all of my family and i disagree strongly about politics - yet we ALL agree that congressional term limits are desperately needed.
which party is in favor of that?
neither.
also tell me which party is in favor of a full audit of the federal govt's spending.
neither.
dems and repubes do disagree on some things, but on some very critical issues they are in perfect agreement.
