Spending the day with my entire family, doing anything, eating, playing games, just talking. . . . . . I am so happy just spending time with them.

Every one has a specific reason why he / she is happy.
Happiness is described as a mental state of well-being characterized by positive emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.
Small things like playing may make other people happy. Children for example just by giving them a candy will make them happy.
Other people also find happiness in their work if they are satisfied. Other may find happiness in their family when they are together.
Other may found happiness when they are in love.
Others may found happiness at school, when they are in a group or when they achieved something and they were praised.
Over all true happiness and joy is found in Jesus.
THE HAPPY LIFE IS THE SELFLESS LIFE LIVED IN THE TRUST, AND TO THE GLORY OF GOD.
