How to make one layer always visible in a gif?
I'm using GIMP and GAP 2.6 trying to create a gif. Is it possible to make one layer always visible in the gif? This would be used so I wouldn't have to copy and paste text layers between every one of my picture layers. Any ideas?

You could always lock the layers. Though if you want the text to always be on top, just make sure when you add a new layer that it is below the text layer.
