The tradition of SPF (self pleasure friday) was in response to the need for the regular M&D types

to receive their SC adjustment before the weekend.

As is well documented, men suffer greatly from a condition known as HSC or High Sperm Count and the ladies suffer even more greatly from LSC (low sperm count, of course).

The end result is that the Guys have become even greater friends with their female contacts who provide SP material and the Ladies receive the lustful encouragement that so often leads to their SP.

We understand that in the case of women that it sort of a placebo effect exercising SP as no real SC is actually injected either by suppository, orally ingested or applied as lotion but the effects are still very therapeutic.

How this relates to your situation is this.

If you have a partner available to get your SC adjusted that would always be the preferred method.

As previously pointed out there are numerous ways for a woman to receive SC and often a quick application in a closet at work will do.

Less that ability though SP is a good alternative.

The clinical data regarding this procedure is not yet complete but early results indicate that M&D regulars and even the part timers have seen significant positive results in marital relations over the weekend having the SC adjustment first. It seems to simply remove the guesswork and stress associated from needing treatment.
