youtube account question!!?
i made a youtube account and they just keep popping me up with question saying something like ''one of ur friends from ur gmail contact list has a youtube account do u want to request her to be ur friend'' or something like that.
basically i just don't want her to know i have a youtube account and i dnt want her to see my activities like my comments,etc.
any way where i can avoid that?

Go to your actual channel (not your hompage)
Select 'Settings'
On the right there is a box which asks you to write in channel tags. leave that blank
Ensure the box entitled 'Let others find my channel on YouTube if they have my email address' is unchecked.

Yeah, just refuse the request invite.
Also use a different username or setup a different gmail account for YouTube and any other sites you may visit but don't want to be directly associated with..
Although if you appear in any of the videos you post, there is no guarantee that she might stumble upon one someday, and then she'll know your account or sure.
