Will having both Benjamin Moore "Regal," and Benjamin Moore "Aura," look too different in one room?

We needed one last gallon of "antique white" Benjamin Moore paint to finish up our bedroom, and our local paint guy gave us the lesser-quality "Regal" product, rather than the highest quality "Aura" paint that we had used for the first 80% or so of the job.

If we paint the last wall with a lesser-quality paint of the same brand, color, and finish, will the results be bad enough to warrant delaying finishing the project and braving an extra trip to the hardware store, possibly in a hurricane?

Yes, it will be noticeable. The base is different, and so is the sheen.

I answered earlier, but it disappeared.
