  • How many molars do you REALLY need?

I have only two working sets of molars on my right side (the back-most and the front-most) and a full set, including a wisdom tooth on my left. The wisdom tooth needs an expensive root canal, so I'm considering just having it extracted, because it will be covered by my insurance. Will just 5 sets of working molars be enough so that my chewing won't be inhibited? Or is it worth the extra $500 to keep the tooth?

  • Purpose of the "Family" section of a law school application?

I'm just wondering what the "family information" section of a law school application, which asks you to list your parent's names, ages, occupations, education, etc. is used for. I'm not asking about the "legacy" portion, which is obvious.

This section is always optional. I want to know what the admissions officer will use this info for if I fill it out, what if any effect this could have on my admission to the law school in question, and whether choosing "I choose not to respond" will reflect negatively on the application. Thank you.

My parents are relatively educated, and have white-collar-type jobs.

  • Will having both Benjamin Moore "Regal," and Benjamin Moore "Aura," look too different in one room?

We needed one last gallon of "antique white" Benjamin Moore paint to finish up our bedroom, and our local paint guy gave us the lesser-quality "Regal" product, rather than the highest quality "Aura" paint that we had used for the first 80% or so of the job.

If we paint the last wall with a lesser-quality paint of the same brand, color, and finish, will the results be different enough to warrant delaying finishing the project and braving an extra trip to the hardware store, possibly in a hurricane?

  • An example of a social animal with a truly egalitarian social structure?

Looking for an example from the natural world of an animal that lives socially among members of its own kind in the wild, where there is no discernible social hierarchy or organization.

Trying to write a paper, this is the one piece of the jigsaw I'm missing. Thanks for any help.

  • Please, if you don't know for sure don't answer...M-dash formatting?

Ok, if I want to put a parenthetical-like phrase between two M-dashes, how does the spacing work?

Is it like this – with space on either side – or...

Is it like this –with space only on the outside– or...

Is it like this–with no space at all–or what?

    Thank you.

I have thin, not thinning, hair. Looking for something like a pomade or a moose that will give me better coverage.

  • Does anyone REALLY believe in God, I mean REALLY?

Like God as in a being in the sky who creates, thinks, and writes books. "Believers" are really pretending deep down right? Not trying to antagonize.
