Will I need a kiln to do a controlled cool down of glass items freshly poured from molten glass?

In melting glass to pour in molds, I may possibly use an HHO system for melting the glass. I can build the HHO gas generator from plans available on http://hhosuperpack.com/

But where do I get the plans for a kiln or some suitable containment cool down box for the super hot glass?

Update:

your you tube video is no longer available and I never made any claims that any of these HHO systems could completely replace automotive fuel and neither did http://hhosuperpack.com/ or anyone associated with the web site. They only explore hybrid systems that can be used in combination with automotive fuels.

If you hate DIY people please don't answer the question with propaganda from the big oil companies and corporations that want us all to be blinded to their sales hype as consumer mad and disposable consumer item slaves.

you won't need a kiln because you are not going to melt anything with some of those scam websites. They are complete nonsense, though yes, it's possible to get hydrogen out of water using electricity (electrolysis) but you are not going to get more energy out of it then you put in. And using hydrogen isn't safe either. And whatever you build will be woefully inadequate to do much melting of glass. And have you ever stopped to wonder why professional glass blowers don't use this technique if it is that wonderful?

Just google hho (why the heck can't they even write H2O like adults) and scam and you will find plentyful websites:

Yes, you will need a kiln/annealer to preserve your molten glass items during the cooling. Like the rest of us, you use electricity and resistance heating with a timed controller to ramp the temperature. http://www.mikegigi.com/annealer.htm#WhyAnnealerFi...

But be aware that the HHO torch systems, which are designed and used to make a tiny intense flame for jewelry work, do not put out enough heat to produce molten glass for pouring - they can melt part of the glass but unless you use a lot of electricity (and have a lot of left over chemicals from making the water conduct electricity) the total heating capability is low.*

The HHO torch shown in photo on the page as an example of a cutting torch is "cutting" the incredibly thin metal of a soda can.

And if you don't want people to comment on automotive misuse of the technology, then don't link to a site showing it. Look at what these people are talking about http://www.google.com/search?q=HHO+jewelry+torch&i...

    * 1720 watts (14.3 amps from a 120 volt outlet) will produce just under 5900 Btu per hour. This is a very modest amount that must be confined if it is to produce 2000F or more to melt glass to molten. Using the power to make HHO does not increase the energy output, it allows a higher local temperature.
