Can my hair dye stop my hair from growing?

If I dye my hair a lot will that stop the hair from getting longer? My hair has stayed the same length for the last 6 months..

    Yes, hair dyes stops hair growing. And it damages hair a lot.

    It all depends on the strength of your hair and the harshness of the dye. Bleaching will definitely strip your hair and therefore weaken it. Even darker dyes often have stripping agents in them so be careful. There are many gentle dyes on the market like chemical free ones and Henna.
