What the hell happened in Hell's kitchen?!?
Ramsay keeps giving Elise many chances and she's survived elimination many times. She should've been eliminated and not given a black jacket. She has attitude problemsm, can't be a team player, etc.. So why the hell is Ramsay keeping her?!?
He wants a great chef, not drama to create on the show....

In other words...ratings! I'm not surprised if Elise would be standing right next to another contestant for the final two positions. I would never want to work with Elise. Cooking world or not, if I even encountered someone's character such as Elise I would ask my boss for me to be transfered or have her/him fired. I'm not that desperate for money to be treated badly like Elise did to her team!
I feel sorry for the BLT Steak staff already if they will be working with Elise as their new boss! lol
Gordon Ramsay only cares abt ratings! Remember when Carrie left they did some tribute to her at the end of the show? They didn't do that to the previous contestants who left. They only did that because Carrie and Elise give ratings to the show!

He obviously wants someone with a big mouth like a sergeant major in the army to bully the others around...if he is looking for someone like that who will definitely never shut up, then he made the right choice to keep Elise. I don't understand it either, she got emotional several times just because her dish wasn't as good as that of Will or Ben and due to that the blue team won the shopping spree, that made her cry, doing heavy carrying and cleaning work makes her cry as she is so small and petite and slender but she got a mouth big enough to swallow all the ships in the Atlantic Ocean...Nobody knows what's going on in Gordon Ramsey's mind..this is Hell's Kitchen, Elise is a She Devil so maybe for that reason she is still there! x

Exactly like you said they only keep that girl just for the drama aspect. Me and my mom were talking about it today she just seems to luck out with the challenges and the dinner services. Someone is always worse than her everytime and it makes it look like she can cook when she really can't. As entertaining as it was watching her fight with Carrie there is only so much that one viewer can take like they just kept dragging it on just like they are dragging her on. She argues every episode and it's frustrating
