1. By friendly I assume you mean are they easy to handle, etc..
Well yes, but they aren't like bearded dragons, which won't let go of you when handling them.
2. They eat veggies, etc... Mealworms, superworms, and crickets
(WARNING: The crickets can't be any larger then the space between there eyea, it can lead to choking or constipation)

I actual have a water dragon and are tank is a million foot huge and four feet long.they say Water Dragons get very long, and if the tank isn't huge adequate than the tail could wreck and fall off. Our pond isnt very vast for our water dragon as long as we pidk her up and placed her in it now and back.have exciting which includes your new puppy.
