I keep Naultinus genus geckos, and I am tired of building large, bulky, expensive outdoor enclosures, with treated wood and aluminium screen mesh. I would liek to look a a cheaper option that can still stand the outdoor climate, and an enclosure that can (like my current ones) be kept outside all year round.

I am looking at Exo Terra, Zilla, or Zoo Med screen enclosures, and i would liek to know what is most durable, and what can be kept outdoors all year round, just as my current ones do.. Everyone keeps these geckos outdoors all year round, and it is not an option to keep them indoors, so yeah.. What is the best enclosure?

i have had cichlids, and i decided to mix american, south american, and african cichlids, i know they can be aggressive, but why is everyone against it?

i have a tank with,

3 long eared sunfish

1 electric blue johanni

2 electric yellow labs

1 red fin kadango

1 unknown cichlid... possibly a crossbreed

1 convict cichlid

and 1 firemouth cichlid

it works fine, of course thay may chase eachother every now and then, but every cichlid tank does, so why are people so mad at mixing cichlids?

Not for algae, but for leftovers in a 20 gallon. Anyother suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and this is going to be kept with dwarf cichlids

ive got a nicaraguan boa, and he is the greatest reptile out of my collection, when i take him out of the terrarium he hisses or strikes, (not after he has eaten) but he is fine after he is out of the cage except he sometimes strikes at others, he is a 3 foot baby male, so how can i tame him, what is your opinion on them, anyone with experience?
