What do you think of Peter King predicting the Falcons to win the Super Bowl over the Chargers?

Ever notice how you never see a recap of "expert" predictions after the super bowl? They're guessing, just like the rest of us.

The Odd's are against Peyton. He has one of the hardest schedules no proven recievers, an old running back and a aging defense. No Matter how good Peyton is I just can't see how he'll win more then 11 games next season let alone win the Super Bowl. In my eye the Super Bowl will be Patriots vs Packers. (I'm biased) but the patriots are just getting better each season and vanilla vick (rodgers) is one of the best QB's in the game today. I Say the Bronco's make it to the playoffs but loose in the wild-card round to the Jets I really think the Red Zone tebow idea will be tough to beat. The surprise NFC team in my idea and hear me out is the Seahawks I think he'll be a beast and I'm excited to watch him. In Conclusion I could see Peyton winning another Superbowl just not this year. Give him 1 or 2 more years and maybe he'll met rodgers in the Super Bowl.

To put it lightly, King is insane. There's no way the Lions are a playoff team. And the Eagles are better than 10-6. And the Colts won't be 10-6, since Kerry Collins is running the show to start the season. And Matt Ryan is too young, he's not going to win the Super Bowl against one of the best defenses out there.

Yeah, King really knows his football. He is, after all, the guy who predicted that Pittsburgh would win the Super Bowl last season. And that Carolina would make the playoffs because Matt Moore would "morph" into a Top 15 QB.

He also predicted that Max Hall, Brandon LaFell and Michael Hoomanawanui would have breakout rookie seasons, and that Alex Smith would start 16 games and save his job in San Fran.

In other words, King is as full of crap as the rest of us. SI just likes to print his BS for some reason.

I see the Chargers making a big recovery from last year, but the Superbowl? And how are the Ravens beating the Pats in the playoffs?

I have the Falcons winning the NFC, so I don't think his picks are completely unreasonable.... but I'm going with Pats over the Falcons.

Peter King has never been right about anything in his entire life. I have no idea how he gets paid to talk about football, because there might not be anyone on earth who knows less about football then peter king. If he is predicting the Falcons and Chargers then you can guarantee that those two teams will not be in the Superbowl. That's two bad, because I kinda like Atlanta.

I would love to see how all these experts picks come out after the season.Naturaly there are going to be some that will hit and some pretty good ones.Yet the ones that are totaly out of whack you should hear the explanation for them.I am not looking at any predictions from the so called experts.Most are not any better then the average fans

this guy is full of crap. eagles 10-6??? how is the top record in the NFL 12-4??? eagles defeat the lions only 16-10??? and the chargers are barely going to win the division let alone win superbowl

Peter King must be smokin to think that the Bucs is about to go 8-8, not with Josh Freeman they don't, and the Chargers have no buissnes in the superbowl, but as much as i hate it the falcons are good but i think the Eagles r gunna win the SB this year
